Will this be another case of extortion? I hope not. Come to think of it, OMB is primarily concerned with pirated cd’s and dvd’s. I don’t think that pirated movies were replicated in the Philippines in the first place. I believe, they were already packaged before they were actually shipped to the Philippines for distribution.
